Refund Policy

At Friends with Felix, I value your time and aim to offer a warm, reliable experience. However, as this is a one-on-one, time-based service, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations may not be refunded, as the time has already been set aside.

• If I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• No-shows (without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.

• Travel or activity-related costs (e.g. entry fees, transport, etc.) are not refundable once paid.

• All refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
